Sean Snaith, Director of the University of Central Florida’s Institute for Economic Forecasting, has served as a consultant for local governments and multinational corporations such as Dell and IBM. He appears frequently on media programs worldwide, where he shares the expertise that has won him awards for accuracy in economic forecasting. Snaith will discuss his forecast for the national economy, labor trends and what businesses can expect in the near future.
For three decades, CEO Coach Dwain DeVille has helped business leaders create companies that dominate their markets. "As a result of working with Dwain, my revenue doubled," wrote one client. DeVille is also the author of The Biker’s Guide to Business: When Business and Life Meet at the Crossroads and founder of The CEO Ride. His three-part workshop will help participants set and achieve higher goals, solve business problems faster and accomplish more in less time.
Jim McBrayer, CEO, McBrayer & Associates, gives paint-and coatings-industry sales teams invaluable methods for exceeding their revenue goals. After serving as sales director for PPG, McBrayer formed his sales coaching business in 2009, mentoring, training and advising more than 3,000 small business owners, front-line managers and sales people. He is also an in-demand public speaker. In his presentation, he will cover business development best practices.
Laurence Pearlman, is a Senior Vice President, Consulting Solutions at Marsh Advisory, with expertise in safety culture, safety management systems, enterprise risk, organizational design, leadership and cultural change. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing transformational change efforts for FTSE 100 and Fortune 1000 companies. He will demonstrate ways to mitigate operational risks, using tools such as risk matrices, registers and scorecards.

Brion D. Palmer is CEO of Technology Publishing Company, the business-to-business media organization that has served paint and coatings industry professionals since 1984. In October, he will welcome invitees to the first commercial-only Contractor Connect, held in tandem with the CPIA Leadership Conference.
