Join us for the second annual CPIA Leadership Conference, a prime opportunity to network, improve your technical knowledge and share information with your peers — all in a gorgeous resort setting. Whether you are already a CPIA member or eager to know more about the association and its many benefits, this is the event for you. We welcome commercial painting contractors and associated professionals, including architects, engineers, interior designers and asset owners. Here’s what a few past attendees had to say about the conference:

"I really enjoyed all the speakers and came up with different strategies for our business. It’s been a great experience." — Liz Perez-Lavin, President, Service Contracting Solutions

"Loved the networking — being able to meet companies from around the U.S., hearing about the similar issues they run into and learning from them." — Jeremy Barrett, Project Manager/Estimator, Siegner and Company

"I think the CPIA is the best paint organization out there — by far. My favorite activity was definitely the golf, and the networking was awesome!" — John Chisham, Director, gpac

A truly unique experience, the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa is situated in Henderson, a short drive from the energy of the Las Vegas Strip, but offers an atmosphere of tranquility that feels a world away. Check out the photos and see why visitors look forward to coming back time and time again.

In addition to educational sessions, meals and evening receptions, several recreational activities offer the chance to relax, build relationships and enjoy this beautiful space:

Enjoy Lakeside Golfing on an Award-Winning Course
Reflection Bay Golf Club is located in the luxurious high-end resort residential community of Lake Las Vegas. Created in 1998, Reflection Bay Golf Club is designated as a prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course, the only such course located in the state of Nevada. Reflection Bay has hosted the Wendy’s 3 Tour Challenge PGA event several times and has been the recipient of some of the most sought-after awards by industry magazines including Golf Magazine and Golf Digest.

See the Awe-Inspiring Grand Canyon by Helicopter
Get a spectacular bird’s-eye view of the Grand Canyon during a premium helicopter tour, courtesy of our friends at Sherwin-Williams. Participants will be flown over the site and then descend to the canyon floor, where we’ll celebrate our journey with a toast. The tour can accommodate up to 96 contractor members — first come, first served — so register now.

Tour the Colossal Hoover Dam and Its Surroundings
A bucket-list destination for history buffs, the Hoover Dam is a modern engineering wonder, prized as a symbol of American ingenuity. On the desert drive to the 726-foot-tall structure, you’ll relax in reclining captain seats and air-conditioned comfort, taking in the views through oversized windows and learning about the dam and its surroundings from an expert guide. On site, the dam’s massive exterior will take your breath away.

Stay for a very special outing to Wolf Creek Golf Club, less than an hour away in Mesquite, Nevada. Check out the video to see its jaw-dropping views and beautiful fairways. The course is sculpted into an extreme desert mountain landscape and dotted with unexpected water features. You don’t have to be a low handicapper to enjoy this world-class experience.
